Mate, buy a capture card. That way you can record staright from your television to your laptop with MUCH better quality because clearly this is recorded with a video camera//phone camera. They are only abour £30 from Amazon. Search Dazzle DVC100 in the search bar. If your unsure on it then research it a bit on youtube and see the quality you can get with it :)
