"falling for the fruit of your poisonous tree". This line, particularly the end seems forced. I like the general idea of what you are trying to say with it, just needs to be simplified a little maybe.

"I was blinded by the spell of your sting ". Not sure what it is about this line I don't like. Just feel it doesn't really flow as well as it could.

However, I am not a songwriter nor a true musician.

The song overall is great. Keep up the awesome work, always look forward to hearing your tunes.
