CNBC's Jim Cramer called him "the best businessman in North America."
He also cut the size of government in Massachusetts and cut millions of dollars in waste from the government.

Romney has changed on abortion, guncontrol, and same-sex marriage. The only reason he is being conservative on the issues now is to get elected. To win the Republican nomination you have to at least pretend to be conservative. I just can't trust him. Also he's for no real change and refuses to admit that the reasons the terrorists attacked us was because of our foreign policy even according to our CIA. Romney has always been against same-sex marriage. He stood up against the Massachusetts supreme court. He vetoed several gay rights bills. He has always been opposed to abortion, he just promised not to change the laws in liberal Massachusetts. He has flipped his position on gun control, but that is a non-issue for most people, including most conservatives.

I admit I could not find any evidence of Mitt actually saying he was for same sex marriage and for that, I apologize. Thank you for admitting that Mitt changed positions on guncontrol. The only evidence that McCain had to support his lie that Romney wanted timetables was a 4-3-07 72 sec GMA interview.
Fox News edited out the first 8 secs and last 44 secs where Romney was complimented for being very vocal in support of surge and said he would veto Dem timetables.
