Lending Tree blows. How to Pick a Lender & today Close call closing.

I just looked up Lending Tree Loans and they have an A rating with the Better Business Bureau...are you registered with the BBB and have an A rating, does your lender. Seems like someone has it our for Lending Tree. I guess you're not getting your under the table kick back from loosing deals to Lending Tree.

Forget lending tree, just protect your credit score and call 2-3 banks, let them know you are shopping around. Just landed 4% 0pts 30yr FRM, conventional 20 down. I'm 25. Good luck everyone.

I used Lending Tree with no problems and they had the best rate amongst seeral places I cheked. It is still the best deal. They had a better deal with my own bank than my bank would give me in person.

I have made a few 100 from the Lendingtree affilite program, but I have never had any experience with them.
