first i download the game (if i dont have enough money for it) then later on when i do have enough money or the game is cheaper i get it, and i always get it with the book, cuz im a realy fan of square enix

well i do both first i buy the game and book or the book then download it and wait till the game is cheaper, for example Dissidia, i have the book and the download, but not the game yet, cuz im getting Uncharted 2 first, but i got crisis core the very first day it came out, with the book, same thing with re chain of memories, except it didnt have a book
