Three years ago I made a decision, I decided I didn't want to be ill anymore after catching a cold or being quite ill at least once every year.. I'm not going to be ill anymore! is it what I said. Since that day I have not been ill once, not even when I came into contact with friends who were with flu, had cold or infectious diseases that I would normally contract time after time..

I have since told my son of this, he hasn't had any illness for over a year now.
