Nah, no accent man. Shes not Jamaican, just influenced by the genres that emanate from the islands. You do not need to be Jamaican/Carribean to perfrom this genre nor be able to speak patois. Shes an incredible talent with nice reggae undertones in some of her music while still being able to incorporate small parts of patois and what you call a Jamaican accent into her music.
