Due to the distortion of the water (and less than stellar picture) its dificult to say for certain which Enterprise it is. It looks more like the one from the movies, but it could be the original with modifications for water stability. I put my money on the movie class, though.

actually Jason, toddrainer is right. It's the Enterprise from the movies. It's easy to tell in the way the nacelle pylons sweep backwards and taper out from secondary hull to nacelle, whereas the pylons from the original Enterprise are slim and vertical
