Wow! Sounds like someone is using Common Sense instead of just "punishing" guys by locking them up. If you locked me up, with no counseling or help back when I was an addict I would have just found a way to get high and look forward to getting out so the drug of choice is available and not as costly as it is in the "joint". Addiction is a health issue, NOT a criminal one.
