  • thanks for posting im obsessed with Elvis

  • Even the great Beatles looked up to Elvis. Elvis Presley was in a class all by himself. We will NEVER see another Elvis.

  • Elvis changed history, among other things, the way boys wore their hair, the music, the dance moves, some memories just won't die. The weirdo MJ was just that, a weirdo.

  • Elvis was the idols of idols.

  • @MAGICO240 Elvis was Michael Jackson idol even though he would admit cuz Elvis was a major threat to his self-imge! He could only get close to Elvis by marry Elvis' daughter Lisa! He could have chisen any other superstar's daughter but he chose Lisa! Craxy world huh?! Mj worshipped Elvis period!

  • May the king R.I.P

  • i love elvis presley

  • @tomcardello Just recently......within the last month.....the BBC has confirmed that Elvis Presley has without a doubt sold more records than any other recording act in the history of music.....it stands to reason dude.....Elvis had 104 Top 40 Hits......The Beatles are in 2nd with 56......that is a large gap

  • @BearStar1 p.s. i could be catholic, protestant, lutheran, baptist, hindu, jain, buddhist, bahai or sikh...we got them all and more in india...i guess you seem to be great testimony to the "ignorance by assumption" theory...

  • @BearStar1 ha ha...and we're still arguing bout racist tendancies...i rest my case...lol...and you're retarted 2 word stacato insults clearly show that you need a little more of what they call a vocabulary...anyways, you're a waste of time...but you're funny, unintentionally...so keep it coming from your sack of stupid my proud american friend...i love how offended you get...ha ha ha ha

  • Before anyone had done anything, Elvis had done everything. The King of Rock n Roll - Both Never To Grow Old.

  • This song was 50 years ago no.7 in the world charts

  • WOW! I like how u left the pics there for a couple of seconds! You can really see him! He must have been one of the most photographed people ever! I am constantly seeing photos I had never seen. I love it!

  • The music isn't called "moonlight". It is a very bad and cheesey synth version of the adagio from Beethoven's 14th piano sonata in C# minor. Sometimes refered to (not by Beethoven) as the "moonlight sonata". Try listening to it played by a real person on a real piano and you will find that it is a very beautiful piece of music. Alfred Brendel is a pretty good place to start.

And by the way Elvis is the king! Long live the king!

  • Is that Shakin' Stevens?

  • when I listen to this music and look at the pictures of Elvis I feel so sad. There is one consolation though, Elvis will always be 42 and his fans will keep his memory alive forever and eternity. TCB

  • how can i download this song?????

  • Elvis is the KING, He put Black singers on the map, look at Fats Domino - he was so pleased that Elvis did Blueberry Hill, so he did dont be cruel, all this rubish about Elvis being racist is crap, Elvis recorded lots of black artist songs, and went to see them perform, but He respected all other singers, and they in turn respected him, you will never hear a black singer call Elvis that met him, so dont give Elvis a bad name as he was and always will be the king to me and millions of others.

  • lol...because he covered one dixie's song...?

well elvis did hound dog, all shook up, are you lonesome tonight, mystery train, always on my mind, fever and a load others...so are we still talking on who sung who's?...

  • elvis isn't racist!...at all...that's a load of bull...america was!...and hence he just became a way more marketable/acceptable entity than the blacks...which is really sad...because so many performers who should have gotten their due culturally and otherwise never did...but the good white country boy did!...would he have become as big if he were black!?...that's the question that should probably be under scrutiny...

  • @dhillan85 Elvis himself said, I was very lucky,I came around when music needed a new trend,I was lucky I came around at the right time,From the Elvis Sails EP. Interview.

  • @pastmaster1184 Anyone who came around in the early 1950's who played Rock and Roll was lucky.......Elvis was the most influential in bringing the new music to the masses

  • @dhillan85 Elvis himself said, I was very lucky,I came around when music needed a new trend,I was lucky I came around at the right time,From the Elvis Sails EP. Interview.

  • ELVIS KING FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • To even mention that little pedophile in the same breath with Elvis Presley is blasphemy. Elvis didn't prefer little boys to women.

  • Let's sum it up in just a few words..... greatest entertainer in The History Of Man.

  • fantastico linda las imagenes!!

    viva elvis!!

  • M.J who?

  • Dios mio como le hecho de menos

  • Ayyyyy yo tambiéeeeennn...

  • KRALJ NEBESKI.

    R.I.P. ANGELE!

  • Why do you come to Elvis videos and talk about MJ......go to MJ videos.......doesn't that make more sense ?

  • gjay700 Yes Elvis knew about the Jacksons & MJ. Michael has talked about Lisa coming to their shows in Vegas when she was a little girl with a couple of bodyguards with her. I think, but I'm not certain that she said Elvis brought her once, & they went backstage to meet Michael & the Jacksons. Elvis attended many shows of other performers when he was in Vegas.

  • Come on guys

BOTH ELVIS PRESLY AND MICHAEL JACKSON ARE AMAZING,

Neither of them is better than the other because THEY ARE TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ARTISTS AND SHOULD NEVER BE COMPARED.

    R.I.P To both of them

  • @mrtamberineman123 thank God someone that is telling how it is. Your right they never should be compared. They both are great in their time, and both will be missed by many.Of course I like Elvis more :)

  • @mrtamberineman123 finally! do you know how many videos ive written the same comment on as you?everyones comparing! theres no need to compare, theyre both the kings of their time

  • @mrtamberineman123

didnt elvis go to war? lol

  • @mrtamberineman123 MJ was great ELVIS was beyond awesome. Elvis will be alive in legend until the end of time-MJ will be remembered like Madonna, Cher and The Beatles-Elvis is an unexplained phenomenon=it gets stronger and stronger (something about his natural beauty, charisma, faith and service in Army combined with humility and talent and etc...etc....

  • THE KING ELVIS ! THE BEST FOREVER

  • elvis can do all of those things you idiot

  • Congrats YouTube! You've just won "Gayest Replacement Tune" ever award!

  • Great music it makes me imagine of different worlds and planets with inhabited life playing music in gardens

  • Comment removed

  • Kids today wouldn't know who Micheal jackson is. But they would reconise him in a police line up

  • Nope!!

  • Dude.......only dance fags care about MJ

  • lol...right!...that's just about a billion plus around the world...and it seems like sgt. presley was busy swiveling his hips like the "dance fags" used to...get ur jacobs right idiot!

  • Comment removed

  • lol...really!???...trust me, more people today in more places know MJ than just about anyone else in any field....

  • Who was bigger:

    Elvis or The Beatles?

    Chime in!!

  • ELVIS was named Artist of the Century by the RIAA and the AMA ! Having the Highest Record Sales in the World ! Over 1.5, almost 2 Billion Sold Wouldwide ! More than ANY OTHER Artist / Performer in the History of Recorded Music, More Gold & Platinum Records than ANY other Artist, The Most Songs Recorded (800+) and the most Concert Tour Concerts given (1500+) than ANY OTHER ARTIST! THE Beatles and MJ don't even come close !!!

  • I don't have to pull any stats out of my ass ! The Stats that stated are Documented FACTS ! NO OTHER ARTIST IN THE WORLD, INCLUDING MJ AND THE BEATLES COMBINED DID NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO THE ACHEVEMENTS & RECORSD SET BY ELVIS !!! THE FACTS STATED PREVIOUSLY ARE BONAFIDE AND TRUE AND ARE DOCUMENTED FACTS BY THE RIAA AND THE AMA. MJ'S ONLY TALENT WAS TO SCREETCH LIKE A BANSHE MONKEE IN HEAT AND GRAP HIS CROTCH IN A LEWD AND DISGUSTING MANNER. MJ HAD NO CLASS, HE JUST DANCED WEIRD AND THAT'S IT

  • MJ would outdance anyone on anyone's best day!...and forget bout anyone else...you know that too!...he wrote, crafted, produced, arranged and played on some of the 20th century's greatest records...the beatles in album sales alone have outsold elvis in the US by over 65 million records...the AMA awarded MJ with "artist of the millenmium" in 2002...and the guiness book lists him as the "most successful entertainter of all time"...and MJ could hit a falsetto...elvis could NOT!...

  • lewd and disgusting...i suppose elvis's pelvic thrusts oozed of class!...lol...not much left to say...but that elvis and his creed of fans could only hope that he was mourned on the same scale as MJ wen he died...i still think he's a great singer...but unlike the likes of you have no qualms in admitting that...

  • wen was elvis named "Artist of the century" by the AMA...do please tell

  • 1999/2000 when RCA released the Special 4CD set , " ELVIS- ARTIST OF THE CENTURY " . IT IS DOCUMENTED THAT ELVIS HAS OVER 2 BILLION RECORDS SOLD WORLDWIDE TO DATE ,MORE THAN ANY OTHER RECORDING PERFORMER IN THE HISTORY OF RECORDED MUSIC. JOANNA " Nana " Mouskouri has over 45 Platium LPs in 15 different languages and recorded over 1500 songs with a total of 500 million LPs sold Worldwide as of 2008, She is the HIGHEST SELLNG FEMALE ARTIST , more than Madonna or Celine Dion, or any other female

  • and by virtue of your OWN stats...nana mouskouri has recorded way more than elvis...so he shouldn't even hold that record of most songs ever recorded!...like 3 posts ago you claim he did with 800+ songs...so that jus goes to show wat a self-contradicting bag of gas you are!

    cheers

  • Comment removed

  • Elvis had the most number of songs recorded, more than ANY other Single Male Performer 800 + ! Nana Mouskouri had the most songs recorded 1500 more than ANY Performer, Male or Female or Groups or ANY BANDS ! And I'm NOT contradicting Myself you stupid JACKASS ! And I AM NOT SUFFERING FROM EARLY STAGES OF DEMENTIA EITHER ! STOP BEING a POMPUS JACKASS ! AND ACCEPT WHAT IS PROVED AND BONAFIDE FACTS !!!

  • Comment removed

  • over 2 billion...lol...do PLEASE show me that link...and who gives a toss what RCA chooses to call him, he belongs to the label!...

  • that's NOT what RCA came up with. Those are ther facts as stated by the RIAA, Dickwipe !

  • RIAA at no point ever called elvis "artist of the millenium"...and his US album sales till date are roundabouts 120 mill...that of course with over 150 certified releases...he isn't even the top selling solo artist there...garth brooks is!..check your facts ass-hole...and by virtue of singles...he isn't at #1 either...the beatles are...they're #1 on album sales to boot...

  • lol...you're 59, white and american...and republican i'll bet my ass to that...of course you're gonna pull shit out of you're ass and gun (all pun intended) for elvis!...

  • Comment removed

  • @dhillan85 dude......i can only speak on behalf of Elvis as I have searched his record sales....most industry experts say it is about 1.5 Billion records sold...some say it is closer to 2 Billion

  • Comment removed

  • rock and roll is a mix essentially of blues, country and gospel...two of which genres were pioneered by the blacks...the rock a billy that you refer to is a mix of jazz, gospel and hill-billy...2 of which genres once again stemmed from the blacks...the evolution of r&b and the blues into dance-able rock n roll took place way before elvis popped on...check "rocket 88"...check big joe turner...

  • rock a billy was just the "rock and roll" that white boys were doing...rock n roll + hill billy...though little richard and fats domino were doin the same stuff sound wise...simply because of different influences they were not being put in the same bracket...most "white" rock n roll was simply filled with covers of black blues and r&b...sometimes just, innovative re-workings...so, NO!...it was not an equal mix...it was a mostly black creation mildly peppered by the whites..

  • Comment removed

  • i mentioned country!...quite clearly even i think...yea ray did quite a bit of country...rock isn't black...rock n roll is probably more black than white...or a sum-up black innovation with white improvisations..

  • Rock is a mixture dude....get it through your damn head.......as far as covers .....amost all artists covered other artists music .....it was very regionalized in those days.....Elvis might have a hit with Mystery Train in the Southeast part of the USA .....while someone else has a hit with the same song in the Northeast part of the states...I guess I dont have the white guilt that seems to eat up people from the UK ....and most liberals in the USA.....Rock is a mix

  • i know it's a mixture dude...its been well in my head...im trying to break down the influences...and yes everyone covered everybody else's stuff...but it wasn't regionalized to the point to equal exposure...that's only the club circuit...definitely not the national charts...mystery train was a decent national hit for elvis...not just a southern success...you may not have the guilt, but many others feel the need to give where it's due...that may not be all important to you...but it is to many

  • @BearStar1 haha how about you take your head out of Elvis' ass for a while and get a fucking life.

As that describes and is in all of that : ) : )

Thanks Elvis, you got it all : ) : )
