The best advice is: DON'T GO because it is a severely over-glutted field and the majority of new JDs will not find legitimate jobs in the legal profession. If you are seriously considering law school, you owe it to yourself to conduct large amounts of research before you ruin your life with huge amounts of student loan debt. Seek out the law school scambusting blogs such as the ones at Blogspot: JDScam, FlusterCucked, LawSchoolScam and search for the JD Underground discussion forum.

I am a law school grad...in Canada. We have a much better situation for law school grads than America generally has right now, but regardless of that fact, I would say to anyone and everyone, don't go to law school! If you are serious about it, then RESEARCH like you have never done before! Read the blogs and books about why NOT to go, as well as those that are in favour; talk to lawyers at big firms, as well as those in small firms, talk to female lawyers, etc etc.

@dutytocareforothers Apparently you failed to listen to the interview -- these statements are to help students who are preparing to apply to law schools. The video does not discuss the future law school that UNT plans to open, nor does it endorse the school.
