  • El eucalipto de Tasmania, Eucalyptus regnans los 95-100 metros por 7 de diámetro, aunque se cita que en 1872 cayó un ejemplar de 132 metros.

  • After man is gone, it would be pretty awesome if a meteor would come and vaporized all the animals and plants on the earths surface. Only, too bad we wouldn't be able to see it happen.

  • @RobertMOdell what? haha im sorry you feel that way

  • @tkuliocowske You don't want forests to be tripled in size? Why not?

  • Beautiful video! Thank you.

  • paradise ... for lumberjacks lol

  • huge tree :)

  • All you hear in the background is honey I think weve found our christmas tree. hahahahahahaha

  • endor

  • A tree trimmers nightmare.

  • love Sequoias... they're so regal looking...

but i heard that the largest living thing on earth was a giant mushroom around something like 3 miles in diameter... gotta refine my data...

    anyways great vid, 5/5 =)

  • If you like redwoods, type CLIMBING REDWOOD GIANTS in Youtube's search to find the 44 minute Nat Geo video that came out after the 2009 magazine.

  • If you are an asshole in your current life when you die you are going to reincarnate in a General Sherman Tree and you'll be forever in this fucken world

    hahahahahahahahaha

  • WOOOW THATS WHAT I CALL BIG

  • new largest tree discovered, india, 2010 march 5th species, maple O.O

  • thi is 2nd biggest 3rd is blue whale , and first is the mushroom thingy underground

  • The DEA has designated a large part of this a narcotics production zone. the canopy of the redwoods are being used to hide marijuana plantations. Harvesting these trees will push the Mexican drug cartels farther North. The trees have been photographed, cuttings have been taken. For the lives of our children we will harvest the trees and eliminate the last vest age of marijuana. In future generations the trees will return. The lives of our young people will not.

  • @IFlick

1: No one can tell you what you can and can not do to or with your own body.

2: Your thinking is very scary....

  • i heard the largest living thing is a 3.2 mile wide underground mushroom in origeon.

  • The biggest living thing is a tree (an aspen) it covers over 35 square KM and lives in the state of Utah. They are keeping the location secret because odds are there is some sick person out that who would want to kill it, just so they can say they killed the biggest living thing in the world.

  • your a dumbass! aspin is in colorado retard!

  • Thanks for the laugh!!!

  • (an aspen) a tree, dumbass american, learn to read and write before commenting on youtube. you re the reason why everyone thinks americans are stupid, suck it up dufus you just got schooled

  • its actually not the tree thats the largest thing you are right about the aspen but its actually the honey fungus thats in the ground that has engulfed the whole plantation.

  • get a life sad sack

  • wow retarted

  • oldest living thing on our planet

  • nope actually bristle cone pines are.

  • your right about that :)

  • @cold02rex The oldest bristle cone pine is in Nevada and is over 10,000 years old.

  • actually its around 5,200

  • @kraigthorne

not true, oldest iz just over 4800 yrs

  • @bboy1drax I was watching a show on National Geo about bristle cone pines and the PhD who was head of research stated that they have found bristle cone pines over 10,000 years old.

  • not so---

the bristle cone pine is considered to be the oldest living thing---google or search youtube

  • My uncle lifted one once...but these are....huge.

  • yeah ok ur uncle

     must be superman

  • nice

  • no for you man

  • is this the General Grant Tree? because I believe the General Sherman has roads on either side.

  • Wow that's so beautiful with all the snow and white colors on the trees, especially on General Sherman, this huge sequoia tree :)

  • That's amazing! I never realised how big they were to be honest. It's hardly a tree at all, more some giant monument! Beautiful nonetheless.

  • Incredible. My parents just got back from a trip to the Sequoia parks and vicinity. They've got lots of it on film, too.

  • More important than light would be access to water. They love it. In all Giant Sequoia groves snow melt, underground springs and other forms of natural irrigation allow this species to continue on after 200,000,000 years.:)

  • @BoostedInline6 Would be neat watching one of those babies cut down and watching it fall.

  • @RobertMOdell Then what, nothing left for future generations? No brain at all..

  • @BoostedInline6 There's more than one tree in the forest. Plus, you can always plant dozens more. It's all good.

  • @RobertMOdell

these trees take decades, even hundreds of years to grow, and youd want to cut one down just to see it fall. You Sir, are the perfect example of what is wrong with humanity.

  • @boys0fsummer1 We will never run out of time. Time is eternal.

  • @BoostedInline6

its people like him that will destroy every forest. They can't see past their own noses.

  • @boys0fsummer1 Wrong, I would triple the size of forests so that I could watch even more trees fall ! Awesome and beautiful to behold.

  • @BoostedInline6 you are a goober and a goon, oh man 2,00,00,0,000 years, waa whoo cares you fucking nerd, get a goddamn life

  • @rtselby That coming from someone also watching the same video, lmao. BTW, nice channel with your teen girl fantasy pics, hahahhaha.

  • dude, its just a fatass tree
