McKenzie was a physical therapist that contributed much to the understanding of disc problems. Every one and anyone involved in physical medicine is somewhat familiar with his work. Any trained physical medicine physician will use the approach or variation of it. the kid making comments has no clue what he is talking about! McKenzie in the world of physical medicine is FAMOUS!
butagaris what a stupid man....if someone comes to you in pain. i.e i am in the mother hell of my life then i believe this guy like i believe a gal just told me her life story, what is your fkn story man?
Chiropractic adjustment is a crime by law please dont hesitate to call 911 to report about these crimes done by criminals faking their call "chiropathetics".
Because there has never been a single solitary shred of evidence that chiropractic techniques are any more effective than any other "hands on" treatment. If you give a patient with back complaints a massage and tell them it was a special chiropractic treatment, they'll say their back feels better. It's a pseudoscience. In this day and age there's no way something can be around for a century without any supporting evidence and not be a scam.
There is evidence that chiropractic is effective, but for whatever reason you choose to ignore it in favor of "evidence" to the contrary. Saying something is so doesn't mean it is.
@caballeroinex sure. it's something stupid medical people read and exchange their IGNORANCES in, and probably somebody like you who doesn't have a brain in their empty skull takes blindly as gospel truth.
@weversonman you're entirely wrong. you don't know what chiropractic is, so do yourself a favor and learn a little so you can form an educated opinion.
@hiodr no I'm not, why does every single solitary real medical doctor view chiropractors as quacks? Because the whole concept of a subluxation is totally unsupported by evidence. The placebo effect keeps it in business. Going to a chiropractic session is really just the same kind of thing as a massage, having someone poke around and touch you and so forth makes you feel better.
@weversonman actually, you are totally ignorant, and your statement about medical opinion doesn't matter. since when are medical doctors any authority on health? they aren't. neither are you.
@hiodr well I mean yeah, I guess if you enjoy being robbed and you're able to convince yourself that it works, all the power to you. Self delusion is a very important coping strategy in the feeble.
@weversonman to clarify, there is such a thing as chiropractic, upper cervical specific chiropractic, and it succeeds in helping with a variety of health problems. this is an example of manipulation. not the same thing.
