My dad was in Navy Seals 1. He also was a Corpsman,worked with the UDT, Frogman. I have the up most respect. For those guy's.I don't like that they are showing there training to the public. I think it should be kept with the Teams

@TheSherilynn i agree with you, some of this crazy Hollywood mentality has permeated the armed forces, and has compromised security. i am a 21 year Marine vet and now retired and there are many things that we trained on that should be left unsaid.. or not filmed.. or at least not readily available to mediums like you-tube etc...if you wanna be a seal then join the navy. otherwise it should be hush-hush (opsec) is important. our freedom is a tough thing to keep...

@HeroSmashCatastrophe are you asking me? Yes I know a bit. My brother was a SEAL for 7 years during Viet Nam, 3 tours. UDT Team 2. I have been to Coronado a few times. They are great guys, and do a tough job. And are real professionals.
