Saw her concert in 1990 in Munich, one of the most amazing performers with such great variety of voice in every types of music!! From Gospel to Jazz and you name it.
She is the best in my book!

I love this version too but miss the trumphet a bit. I remember, later in the acoustic tour they used it yet. Dani's voice is still great, even not exatly the same as before - I love her hoarseness.:-)

There's nothing wrong with her voice. The thing is that this song is very quiet compared to the original version where she can sing out loud. The fact that Dani pulls her same voice and tone, timbre in a more quiet style is a proof of her amazing skills. Near the end of the song she has less restrictions, and you hear her "old" voice. Just hear other great singers, sing more quiet songs...same thing.

think this is a superb version and if she has lost some of the youthful edge in her voice she more than makes up for here in craft! love it
