What incentives did all the recipients of the bonuses have to stay with AIG knowing AIG was going belly up? None. They all could have walked out and found employment elsewhere, thats why bonuses were offered. To keep them so AIG would have some control while AIG assets was being sold off. The government dangled a carrot in from of them until the government got what they wanted and then took the carrot away. I hate the Democrats in office such as Obamanation, Queen Pelosi, Barney Frank, Dodd etc
