  • Eclair NPR

  • I mean what format? 16mm film?>

  • The part that makes me laugh the hardest is when the guy whacks his hand off with the cleaver and then hacks the hand up into smaller pieces. I can't say I've ever seen anything like it. The intestines are a close second. Brilliant stuff.

Tim Christensen is the late brother of my mom's man, and we've been watching old episodes all week.

    Kudos.

  • Stage Tek, you still working in film industry?

  • I still work in the film industry.

  • OH MAN, I never thought I'd see this film again! I was an OCC student when this was made. For weeks and weeks I remember it in the editing room and the cheering when it was finished! Rik, where are you now? I'd like to see the "I Dare Ya" film again too. You were a genius!

  • You movie is a good shit!!! Thank you a lot!

  • you rule so hard A) for making this, and B) for posting it on youtube. i had an old VHS tape that i picked up about 10 years ago here in smalltown NC. it had about 13 or so shorts on it, this one being the finale (it also contained Craig Schlattman's "Slap", Cliff Roth's "The Reagans Speak Out on Drugs", and Bianca Miller's "Ain't Gonna Pee in the Cup". i'd give anything to have that tape back. awesome video. \m/

  • Cool to hear.

It's not often the filmmaker gets to hear that people like their short films. I remember that compilation video - back in the day when you could make money from a short film.

  • "So the other guy says, 'What! No onions!'"

I use that line ALL THE TIME in conversations.

Big thumbs up to you, great job!! It's one of my all-time faves, so thanks for putting it up--My copy was so worn the hell out from playing it for anyone who came over to visit over the years :-D

  • I'm so glad you decided to post this! I have your Horror Brunch on my channel as one of the clips I have from Night Flight. Mine is from an old VHS tape so it's not high quality. If you prefer, I'll remove it from my channel.

Great job, by the way, I've always liked this film.

  • Thanks. No need to remove your copy. I was thrilled to find it. I had no idea anyone had ever seen it on Night Flight.

  • Thank you for putting this up in excellent quality! It was an old Night Flight classic. WONDERFUL!

  • Hey StageTek. Knew you from film school. Good to see your "Brunch" again.

  • It's really mine. I'm glad you like it. Where have you seen it before?

  • is this really yours? this is one of my all-time favorite movies.
