Wow, I didn't realize you guys were living in such luxury --- better than tour buses of country superstars --- o.k. I'm kidding... but I am curious what the very loud fan noise is during the breathing (or is it just amplification contamination) --- How very humbling it must be to be in a wooden box with a visitor outside that could flip it over like a port-a-potty ===
= do you guys ever wet the perimeter of your camper just before nightfall just to create a more 'printable' foundation.?
@rntonp The back ground noise was from the sound amplifer being dubbed into the video. It was the only way to get the breathing to record on the video. You can tell when I shut it off. Our wooden box is a lot better than a canvas tent. I know have a surveilance system on the wooden box to monitor and record 360 degrees around the box. When we remember, we rake the ground so prints will show up. We are looking into using luminal spray so we can track it with UV light.
@SUSANFARNS . thank you for the explanation. I figured it was just r/t amplification. As much as I can try to imagine myself in these situations, nobody can know what something like that must have been like unless he or she were there... Cheers.
By the way, I would still love to 'join' your team and help review excess video, etc. I would certainly sign any documents of confidentiality. I am not affiliated with anyone else except my job, my wife, and twin sons. Be safe.
@rntonp Go to my our web site for the paperwork to become a member. We can use someone with a good eye to watch or preview raw footage. And yes we doo take members on expeditions.
uh, doesnt anyone notice that the film starts and its very quiet and you can hear the guy with the camera making some quiet noises, then at about 19 seconds, you hear what sounds like a noisy recording being turned up, with all this psssh type sounds, and noise from the recording...are you saying bigfoot emits all that background noise like a bad recording?
I work with bears. When a bear is upset [enough to shake a camper] they make a "bloop bloop" sound and clack their teeth together. Not rapidly but once or twice. If it was a bear you would have heard these two sounds. If a bear makes that noise at you, you are most definitely in trouble!
I don't know how you found the courage to deal with this experience. I would say with this hard ground perhaps bringing a bit of finer dirt with you to spread around your camper/truck might give you a clue as to what you had outside.
@Laurieb2851 It is much better to have the trailer shaken, than be in a tent when they tag it. We are getting somewhat accustomed to strange happenings. But, it does get the heart pumping! We are down to just a few brave souls who will stay overnight.
@SUSANFARNS To me, it sounds like your worst nightmare come true. I have to say, I don't mind hearing of encounters people have had - but, if I ever heard of an encounter in a place I've been to before - I would NOT return to that place ever again. An individual said to me that she wanted to have an encounter. I just want to know where these things are so I am sure to never be anywhere near the area. My hats off to you if you can find a way to deal with it. I wouldn't be able to.
@Laurieb2851 I'm almost not so sure about putting windows in, lol! There have been times my yard lights have gone off and I've actually looked to see what it might have been. One time it was the girl next door sneaking out of her bedroom. I've often thought how I'd react if there was a face on the other side of the window at one of those times I happen to look. Hmmm, not good, lol!
well after watching alots of videos with you, its good ther don´t attack and just are laid back and observe you :) And im keeping on to watch :) Blessing to youré courage in the woods! some videos freak me out sometimes... :)
glad i wasnt there, i wake up very easly :S but in the same time curous!! doh yes sorry i know food should not bee where you sleep, i should of thought about that first hahahaah! But i was to exited when i wrote :D I keep follow youre journey! Blessings to you and the team members!
@LonleyMother Before the camper, we use to sleep in a tent. We had several occasions where something would run by and slap our tent in the middle of the night. We think this is the Bigfoot's version of "Slap the Bull" (a game we country folks use to play with our seeping bulls, you sneek up on a sleeping bull and slap it on the rump and then run like crazy). I think the camper shake was the same thing.
did you have food in there so it was maybe hungry? If it was a bear, shouldn´t there be mars after the claws? or does the bear not make any marks at all when the ground is hard? i think im gona read a little bout bears...got curious now :)
@LonleyMother No food is ever kept or consumed in a place where you sleep in the outdoors. There was none in the camper. There were no signs of a bear. The storage totes that contained the food were untampered.
Thank you for your work, I think for best results You should showcase a perimeter of the chambers round about the camp so that nothing escaped, and put Them ai 4 meters in height slightly tilted downwards. and when they were put, someone was hanging around at least 200 meters from the camp to ensure that they were not seen by the clan. because they exist they are quite intelligent. place overnight fruit and cookies should now be on the table so they can take, and in the day dont make big noise
@utubewatchdog Yes, I stated that I was awakened by some whistles, and I turned on my sound amp to try to record them, that is when I noticed the heavy breathing. I left the recoder going and grabbed my camera and started it too.
The flour idea is great but it will need to be descended and colored like the dirt or grass, they are just too smart and white will cause then to be suspicious and they will smell the flour, I imagine a neutralizer might work?
Good video yall. What about the cameras outside? Didnt they pick up anything on them or did you not have them installed yet? And you do know that if the big guy wanted in that trailer he would have gotten in with no problem with except what you had for protection (.44mag I hope or at least a 12 gauge pump).
@TxDragon55 This happened the week before the ovehead surveilance cameras were operational. I have a 25 auto, but that is more of a noise maker than anything else. David had a 9mm.
@mhatsko Usually we rake the area, and we did where we left out the food offering and where the cameras were all pointing. We didn't expect the trailer to be of any interest. This is one reason we share our videos--so other bigfoot researchers can learn from our mistakes. We sure do.
That doesn't sound like a bear breathing to me. Bring some baby powder with you next time & sprinkle it around your trailer........you'll get prints with that. Great work gentlemen.
You seemed pretty calm after all of that. I would have peed I think.....lol. Do you have outside lights on your camper so you can see out in the dark when you get windows put in? It would be nice to have motion lights on the camper and cameras on the side of the camper too.
@clewi1091 That's not the first time it has happened. Usually, we are in a tent. And, I didin't show the protection sitting at my side. Yes, we had outside lights and cameras. Lights were turned off because we had IR cameras pointed at the picnic table. Funny, the picnic table was untouched, but the camper was what it went for. I think it was just a wake up call. To see if anything was inside.
Thats a Sass! They are funny. Bears dont just leave that fast. Maybe a black bear would. But if a bear is hungry talking aint gonna scare them away. But a Sass might be startled. Can you imagine if its that really huge one that hangs around you guys. Man that would freak me out. Bless you guys.

A magnetic-tape type recorder? You would think the tape hiss would mask alot of audio evidence

@GrymWraith I also use digital, but magnetic is more reliable than digital and can not be accidently errased as easy..

you should take a 5lb bag of flour and sprinkle all around your trailers perimeter and then you can see what's really going on...
or if you think it's evil than just use salt...
tehe.
