Good, I like that you share this video, I wish success always omputer science skills are in high demand for designing and developing business information systems. In the Computer Programming
java is an out-of-date, interpreted, slow, piece of garbage from the early 90's dot-bomb days. Its already losing ground in industry. It was a joke to help sell sun servers, nothing more
Oh my GOD! This has to be one of the worst videos I've ever seen advertising their computer programming degrees. Those instructors look like they are expert COBOL programmers. Do you think they (Baker college) have any idea how badly this makes their school look?
Oh my god, this is anti-advertising. It guarantees I would never consider this educational program. There is no information, just a few buzzwords, and the older authority figures seem particularly clueless. Classes are taught by "programming managers?" It's unlikely they came from a background in programming at all, but rather management.
@JuniorJoost well i am not wasting time on learning them but i have time to learn them u r right c++ and java are high level languages. but they have their own uses
@DebtCreditRepayment dude help me with the java i know c++,C#, PHP but java .. if u know some tools books or materials that help i will appreciate it.
@freemanintheworld Go ahead an search the net for a book called" Thinking in Java, 3rd Edition"
It is free. Also the IDEs for Java are free you get a choice of Eclipse and NetBeans. There are also other free IDEs like jEDIT and JBUILDer. There is also BlueJ which is made for Java students and beginner.
But I suggest you take the Eclipse or Netbeans way cause that is what PROs use.
@in2040 thanks now i am familiar with different IDEs currently using eclipse BlueJ is kinda too beginner but still good.i am getting better in java now

Java is good when you're messing around with small time games at high school, but do C++ for real programming that involves security.

@freemanintheworld Why would you quit C++ to learn Java?
I don't say that C++ is better, I think they are equal to each other. Don't waste time on learning every language.
