@Muckknuckle I don't use VATS either. It's needed i think on the console versions since aiming on the console isn't as precise as a mouse but when I play on the PC I never find any real use for it. Also my play style is sniping and sometimes VATS can't even lock on when they are far away.

Multiplayer VATS would be possible if they did like Rockstar made Dead Eye for multiplayer in RDR. Just tap the VATS button and your guy would shoot at where you have set it to shoot at for about 2 seconds. Whether it's always the head or the bodypart with the best chance of hitting the target or something else.
