  • Thanks man. I appreciate you coming by. =)

    For starters, check out Super3boy's tutorials, particularly those that deal with "armatures". You'd also want to see hamsterhill's tutorials for making stuff move and interact with other stuff.

    Search for "Blender rigging". I don't remember anything in particular but I've seen lots of other tutorials here in YT. =)

  • that is quite good

  • Thanks! =)

  • plz make tut how you make teleport

  • i like your concept so very much but the instructiuns are quite confusing. may you please post the original file so maybe someone can reverse engineer it?

  • Reverse engineer? Hehe, you make it all sound so complicated. =) Thanks for the hit. I'd love to share the .blend, sad thing though is I don't have it any more.

  • oh well, i wanted to be able to shoot 2 teleporters to any deired location but no other teleportation script works! well, thanks anyways

  • What didn't work? Did you get any errors in the console?

  • how do you do this i saw a vid along time ago but it didnt have anything to do with python... is there another way ?

  • Hello. Thanks for watching.

    Without Python, I don't know how it can be done (not an expert). But this is basically what's going on:

    1. the red box (player) has a Collision sensor for a property called "exitPort" which contains is the name of the target box where the player will re-spawn to;

    2. when the Collision sensor is activated, the position and orientation of the target box is copied to the player.

  • I've made a page in my site that explains how this works (script included). Check out the video description for the link.

    I hope that helps. :)

  • Hehe! :)

  • coooooool :-)
