@xiaocyhsia e63 is the cheaper version of e71 and the c3 a cheaper verison of the e63, i suggest u the e63 i have it and is really good, the only thing different is that is doesnt have gps, but i don use it so i dont mind it, and the infrared, but i dont use either, besides the metal cover of the e71 felt weird to me, i like this plastic and is it a reallygood plastic, not cheap like, my phone has fell down and nothing happened but anyways i bought and latex protector for it. there u have it

@xiaocyhsia i dont mind the bb i´ve had some and they r really easy to damage, it fells down and something brakes, the good of the bb is the pin thing and it only works with a plan with ur cell company, with my e63 i do the same i chat, have 10 email accounts, most buy what media tells them, obama said he couldnt live without his, a lot want it even people that dont have money to have a plan so they have a bb with no email and no chat. it happens in my univerisity. nokia is quality.

I have this phone and it's shocking just how bad it is. I only really wanted it for email and now it doesn't even do that anymore - completely stopped receving all emails. It's now just an expensive brick - do not buy.

@Rhys96 what you have to remember is that this phone is for people with abit less money or want something like a blackberry that isnt a blackberry. Regarding the email be wary that you dont accidently setup 2 email accounts on the same device. These could conflict eachother.

I appreciate that this is basically a cheap man's Blackberry, but that doesn't mean I have to be reminded of that every time I turn the phone on and find another function is missing.

Thanks for the advice on the email accounts but I have honestly tried everything (removing all accounts, opening new accounts etc.).

@Rhys96 maybe ur phone is wrong but every phone of those i have seen here works very well. i use mine to do all those things is supposed to do, chat, get mails, listen to music, do office documents, record classes, get online... etc.. and it works perfectly, besides the bbs ive had fell down and broke instead the nokias ive had fell and fell anf ell and nothing happens i really think u should go where u bought it.

@angielog44 Looking at some of the reviews available (and the comments on this video!) i'd say it's not just my phone that is "wrong". There are a number of very common faults (especially with the push email) that Nokia have failed to do anything about. It's great that your phone works, i've had plenty of phones that worked but it doesn't mean that everyone else who bought those phones didn't have problems with them. I would take it back but it's pretty much at the end of the contract now.

@Crabman7787 Its good. I've had mine for 8 months now and love it. Tough little phone, I'd drop this I don't know how many times but I also have the Otter Box which is a must for any phone I think. It still looks brand new under the protective case.

I just bought the E63 today and I'm very glad with it. This is more of a business phone with excellent surfing and a 3.5 mm jack. If you're looking for entertainment, go for the Samsung Star. good luck!

I will NEVER use the Windows Mobile OS again.... and the Motorolas I have had have broke to early for me, so both WM and Motorola? hell na, I would highly suggest the Nokia E63 or 71.
