Of Course FDR Meaneuvered an Allowed the Japanese to attack US Territory.It just turned out to be Pearl Harbor. There was a Treaty Between Japan,Italy an Germany that if any one Country of those 3 was attacked then the other 2 Nations would and could go to war agasints teh attacker. Letting Japan attack a US Territory brought us into war with Japan and in turn with Germany . we the ncould defend England against Nazi Germany.

@Roadracer987654321 why go through all this trouble? why not just declare war on Germany when the British and French did it wjen Hitler invaded Poland?? Whats the point of wating to be attacked in order to help an ally?

@vjanik Same reason as 9/11...recruits. 9/11 we were attacked and, just as with Pearl harbor, americans flockedto their recruiting offices

We already were helping our allies. Look up the Lend Lease Act. We were providing war materials to Britain, France, Russia, and China. That's why we were attacked by Japan. Most people knew there was a pretty good chance we'd get attacked for it.

@Nikopolis1912 i dont think there was a conspiracy to let Japan attack pearl harbor just because the American public did not want to go to war again. (this is similar to the loonies trying to argue that 9/11 was a conspiracy.)
this argument is made by people who cant stand the humiliation of being attacked and make up a strory which makes their government look smarter and in control.

But we didn't attack Japan, they attacked us.
