im a little confused..why is a&t marching in winston and not in greensboro (it doesn't help that rams and aggies are rivals kinda)

dummy this was for the COLLEGE HOMECOMING PARADE..the people who sponsor all college sports had this..in attendance was NC A&T WSSU OHIO WAKE FOREST NC STATE UAB USC and mascots from all over..
and WINSTONs band is no RIVAL for A&T..not even on the same level
