dude we played this team and for the jv game it was 63-0 and Varsity it was around like 53-14. stillmans beastly and ranked high in state. good job guys. and the freshman game was 43-13 and we were undefeated 4-0till then

I like Mycoachonline as well... but I think the drills demonstrated here are executed very well and the video quality is great. If someone has better athletes or can build upon it...they should consider making a video and putting it out there to help the coaching community.

Hardly... "getting things done decently" means they have won 3 STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS in the last 9 years, two of those back to back. All of those teams coached by Mike Lalor. Not to brag, but it would be hard to find a better coach. He knows what he's talking about. Don't take this as being rude, I just wanted to brag a little. ;) Keep up the good work coach Lalor!

well, i think my coach is problably better, no offence, and im a offensive/defensive lineman for the cromwell high panthers, in cromwell connecticut, and we are a VERY VERY successful team

Im with soccersucks54 on his O line stance comment. It appears the head is too far down, ass is too high, and weight is to far out on the hand. You seem to really know what you are talking about and it just might be a location thing on how things are done different. It looks to me as if your guards could get pulled easily with their head so low. Good job on the DVD though, keep it up.
