@Skunkoon98241 Either leave out the smaller stars and let the China Glaze's Fairy Dust do that work or......file the point off a straight pin and use that as a dotting tool. No matter which dotting tool you use for the smaller white dots, you have to move fast...like you're a pro at Morse Code (I think I spelled that wrong LOL).

Close to 500 views! If/When this video makes it to 500, it'll be the first video of mine since 2006 to reach that high and I'm so excited. I am checking on the view count so often that it's probably not healthy LOL.
It would be a wonderful birthday present to reach that goal by this Saturday, Sept. 24 as that is my 40th birthday!!! Oh the anticipation!! I hope I can sleep!! Thank you ALL for watching as it really does mean a lot to me. TY TY TY TY TY !!! TYVM!!!

Damn, I tried the one by cutepolish and it kind of looked like shit. Adding the smaller stars made mine look terrible. Any tips to help with that? :/
