It is okay to say a word or two to the person doing something wrong, but if you want to criticize overall behavior with a series of questions asking him why he comments on girls' pictures and why this and that... then you better talk to him in private. The question is only about approach, otherwise the message in the video is good and I highly appreciate the efforts of you guys.
