GSG2K - I assume you meant the Family Feud logo...but yes, you're right. Also, the "Ferranti-Packard" board had eight rows, so survey questions could have up to eight answers.
And if memory serves me right, when a round was finished, the board went back to the Fast Money logo, and questions with 4 or less answers had all the answers in the middle of the board. (Though I don't know if the audience and everyone else clapped to the new theme, as is the custom with all Feud themes)
There was also an Ex-Husbands vs. Ex-Wives one when Ray Combs was the host of the Family Feud. If you have some of those, can you upload some of those?
No it didn't. The digital board was always showing & never turned, but that's only for the people on the set; while at home thanks to visual trickery, in the Bankroll game extra glass panes covered the board with an oval with money amount/#1 answer in it. In the main game it was covered by the traditional answer flippers but without the double or triple signs next to them when those kind of rounds were played. The fast money look stayed the same.
Thanks for the info...I thought maybe that was because it seems like the cameramen went out of their way not to show the board during the face-off. I actually like the board flipping though...so it's a shame that it didn't. I think that on the new version of the Feud it should simulate that the board was flipping especially since it is a modernized version of the original board.
Nope. The Fast Money board was used for all purposes in the studio, while the Bankroll/survey boards were digitally superimposed over the board for the television viewers.
Okay, I guess that does make sense, I always wondered. They could've always used the fast money board like the British throughout the entire game. That was a good camera trick, keeping the board digitally covered and so well.
They did use the Fast Money board (on-camera) throughout the entire game only once on the American version -- for a week of shows at Opryland USA (check out the episode mightydyckerson has)
At least Richard didn't say "Just because you're divorced doesn't mean you still can't have fun, riiiiiiiiight?"

I think every version, (sans original Dawson Version) has done at least one week Ex-Wives vs. Ex-Husbands.

Why is that? I miss the old board, had up to 10 answers? Also, i heard they're bringing the old logo, but in a new, bigger letter, hippet version.

I don't have many Combs episodes on tape. I wasn't a big fan.

Do you have the Halloween episode that aired in on GSN 2004?

Al least, they shook hands, unlike the Karn version. Did any version have the ex-couples shake hands?

Hmm that Dawson entrance cue sounds different from the main theme. I know it ends differently but sounds more brassy than the closing theme.

I am wondering if the game board turned on this version of the Feud like in the previous versions of the Feud.
