IE: while tailes have 2-3 babies per doe per year, in a short time they overrun the land.

BLACK TAILS have 1 baby per year. In western Oregon you can hunt all day and if your LUCKY you see 1-2 does.. hunt all season and if your LUCKY you get 1 JUMP shot at 1 buck.

So forgive the fact that in Oregon, YOU DON'T Kill does (unless your 12)!
