@TheManFromOctober snipers don't go for head shots unless its the best chance of getting the terget but if the enemy is laying on their stamich then they go for the head. Actually all soldiers are trained to aim for the chest, even though if an enemy is behind cover and pokes their head out, then they go for the head shot.

Why do people get so upset about this? It's a video game. Russian accents sound harsh to most people, they are a worthy opponent, and using Russia as the 'enemy' in the game probably provides the environment they are looking for (the cities/urban areas). Who really cares? It looks like a fun, challenging game.
