Regarding the Open Source Software case: of course open source software... of course when one buys software, for example Microsoft Pack Office - that is not open source - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, of course there are firewalls - I've just told it - there are security softwares; but on Open Source Software you can also have firewalls, which besides... but quite certainly...
For example: we at the Ministry have an Open Source Software called Open Office, and there is true enough a security software, which indeed prevents the Ministry of Culture from accessing... of course! And Open Source Software editors provide firewalls. They even provide free firewalls, so that point is groundless, that is what I wanted to say.
