These spies are such bullshit artists and really just waste taxpayers' money. The real future of intelligence is in "open source" knowledge, it makes no sense for us to send Level 2 Arabic speakers over there and think we're getting good intel. Just fund a few local reporters in any country of interest and that's a good start.
