@davis5561i guarentee you that he is still very lean with a relatively low bdyfat% plus he is under the guidance of the best coaches around so wouldnt question any of his training methods
I see Neurocore @ 1:58. No a bad preworkout, but you don't get enough of everything if you don't use 3 full scoops, but you will get 300mg caffeine. I've used it. I make my own now.
