stock E46 would be slower since its heavier and running on pretty much the same engine. but if youre going for looks then its different. E46 looks much sexier. but on the track ill take an E36 anyday or a Z3 =)) but thats only cause i have one. BMW RULEZ
If this truely is an e36 328is vs a e46 330 then the 330 is a better way to go all around. It has more horsepower a better chasis and isn't that much heavier. Sure its 150Lbs heavier but the technology and power easily outdoes it.
