The first mount I did is a cartwheel mount, where the head drops first and the legs go up behind. The handspring has my legs going up first and my head dropping second. The hands end up in the same position, but with two different entries. Notice that my body starts on different sides of the pole.
This may be a silly question but I was under the impression that the mount you did at 4:22 was a handspring mount but you don't say that you do it until 4:45. What is the difference between the two? Nice shoulder mount flip! I want to learn to do that, but I'm too scared! I'm kind of anxious to try an aerial shoulder mount now though! Great pole practice! Lots of accomplishments!
