WOW it's so slow, just as slow as the 1541! Why not make it faster? I have a 1581 and when I use the fast loader I can load a 50K program in about <10 seconds. If I had Jiffydos it would be even quicker.

@christo930 A lot of programs are tied to the speed of the 1541, and they will crash (not run) if the data comes-in faster than expected

That's why most fast loaders also have a disable switch, to return to normal speed
