hey,i finished the game with the save the queen but there is not an extra scene with Beatrix! why?

BTW does Vivi say farewell at the ending?

no you only need the "Hammer"

the problem is you can forge the best armor in the game (for steiner) if you forge the Hammer with XXXX (sy forgot the name)

thats most likely why you didn't see it
