@xtoxicblueberryx It's just a practice song from these old piano books I have from when I took lessons. XD It's called Cotton Candy or something like that, but I love how creepy it sounds!
A) I knew you could sing, but I didn't know you could play the piano... Maybe I'm just really forgetful?
B) The second version sounds very mysterious and video-game-y, so that's neat. But I prefer the sound of a piano to synth-y stuff, so I'm really fonder of the first version. I think it would really depend on the reason you were playing the piece in the end, though.
C) You noodling around on the piano at the end made me laugh.
@vocedijanna I never really talked about piano-- I like to play, and I took lessons in elementary school and high school, but I don't really like to perform. Too much stress for something that should be fun. :)
I like the second version because the electric sound makes the song sound spooky and cool. :D But generally, yeah, I prefer standard piano sounds.
I love how earnest you are about your ghetto setup! Dare to be stupid, @auracel. : )
I think both instruments on the keyboard bring out excellent qualities in this piece. You could mix the piano and the second instrument type you used. I think for the phrase at 2:41 and 3:41 (what seems like the bridge or refrain), the second instrument sounds great, but the I like sound the piano gives better in the higher registers at 1:02 and the very end at 2:12.
Thanks for your input! I honestly probably won't really do anything much with it. I mostly just like to play around and make pretty noises. XD But I kind of want to keep practicing it and put up something with fewer horrible fuckups. ~_~;; I could probably get a friend of mine to help mix the two together, so maybe I'll try that too. :D
First ones classic so i like it Second one is very video game esque so i like it also kinda ominous!!!' what song is this!!!!?
