Out of curiosity if you have HIGHER ENDOcannabinoid activity (which i'm not sure can be observed) should you reduce your phytocannabinoid consumption or continue you with adequate cannabis consumption?

perfectly stated. Im 19 yrs old and i often smoke cannabis alone at night or with my gf and simply reflect, think, meditate, and basically learn from myself. I tell friends to smoke this herb b/c you will live longer and become smarter. Somehow my instincts told me this before i ever heard people such as Dr Bob explain it. what irks me is that my friends dont believe me. they laugh or tell me to keep puffin the joint. they too smoke but just dont understand the true meaning

I agree that when Cannabis is smoked it can either increase immune system response or slow it but I believe when eating that changes everything. When I was under the Rick Simpson's Oil for my own issues I found everyone in the family became extremely sick with fever, chills, diarrhea and Vomiting and I only received the Diarrhea and that was I thought probably because I was being treated for I.B.S. and I was having a relapse until everyone around me became very sick but me.
