One of the reasons is because you need a certain flash player (cache) in order for your device to support the online stream to playback. Getting those can either be easy such as getting an application or sometimes complex due to the fact that you'll need some tweaking that may harm your device. Best idea... just do it from an actual Desktop/Laptop.
But also try both links to the movie to see if that helps. I hope it does.
