@TheDan012345678912 That would still leave 1 left. He's only regenerated 11 times by your count. But the regen the 10th had but didn't finish doesn't count.so he has 2 left with a total of 13 incarnations
@TheDan012345678912 The first time the 10th Doctor regenerated didn't count, it couldn't finish before he stopped it. But there's a large possibility he has infinate regenerations, since the 13 lives limit was possibly just a rule by the Time Lords.
10 have been used (you don't have a 0 to the 1st, 1st to 2nd is the first regen) so assuming 10 used 1 up when he regened into himself the doctor has 2 regenerations left.
