when guys went to prison the cloths they give didnt always fit so they starts peging there pants legs and some sagging. homesexualls wore there pants tight so skinny jeans is some faggit shit,gangsters wore relaxed type pants with suits so sagging in jail imitates that .

sagging came from gay men in the penitentiary, im a 28 year old black guy, and i dont sag my pants, and if most men knew the difference, they wouldnt do it...I believe it to be true, because i have a few older relatives who now are in there 60s who have mentioned that homosexual men wore there pants low.
And besides there are other races who wear there pants low as well as black people.
