This cartoon better be a level in the sequel to Epic Mickey, I feel sort of cheated that it wasn't in the first one since considering how trippy it is it could have made for a great 2D level with some interesting obstacles in it.

I remember seeing this on a videotape of Mickey cartoons I had when I was a kid, and this one gave me nightmares! Seeing it 20+ years later, and it still freaks me out, especially the daddy longlegs and the caterpiller that eats itself. Still, it's remarkable how much the animation and storytelling has improved by this time; it's a big leap from what Disney was producing even just a year or two earlier.

This is cartoon have a message that using pesiicide is bad. Do way more harm than good. It's bad for the environment, make produces in gardens too poisonous to eat and it's also a good way to get high by sniffing or inhaling it.

I have this cartoon on a VHS tape with some other Mickey mouse cartoons called "Here's Mickey" and if I can be honest I really hope this cartoon is used as one of the 2D transition levels based off Mickey cartoons in the upcoming "Epic Mickey" game Warren Spector and Junction Point are making just looking at this cartoon makes Me think that it could make for a unique and interesting 2D transition level with some pretty trippy elements in it.

@8sonicquest8 This cartoon was made before computers with word processing were around. Or computers at all for that matter. There is no font. Its just writing, painted on by graphical artists or something.

As a lifelong insect lover this is my favorite Disney short, it may all just be a dream but until then it plays out like an old-fashioned sci-fi horror scenario, the insects getting revenge as giant monsters! They all have awesome-looking designs, too, and do some accurately insectlike stuff throughout :)
