Android 18 was awesome! I wish after she became a Z-Fighter she was featured more - helping to fight Majin Buu and stuff. I don't mean to sound like a feminist or anything, but a powerful female hero would've been good for the show as it has many female fans too. They fucked this up in DBGT - we never got to see Pan go SSJ or do anything exciting other than backup Goku.

@DrP33lz Yeah, but Pan's grandson (Goku Jr) flares up into a Super Saiyan in the very last GT episode and in the GT movie, as does Vetega's descendant (Vegeta Jr). Goku Jr would've technically been only 1/18 Saiyan.

Toriyama says that Pan can actually become SSJ, but how she'd look "different", but we're not gonna see it now are we?

@StanpyX Android 18 is the strongest female character on the show. Shes stronger then the average super saiyan. I agree pan would have made an interesting super saiyan but I found her annoying. Vegeta's daughter was ditzy as hell and 18's daughter was no different. Android 18 is awesome because she's not a stereotypical dumb blonde. She's a calm, cool, collected lady. She strikes a good balance between showing emotions and keeping one's self in check.
