So cool this whole idea to bring together a University marching band with the group on this song. A lot of people were shaking their heads when this eccentric song was the lead single to follow up mega-selling "Rumours." But this is the perfect way to hear the song, it really amps up the rhythmic focus of the song and gets at the playful spirit that animated it.
Great great version of this.....Would love to see the entire film though of this preparation....does anyone know whether there's a version of the actual concert too? ....and what to think of Stevie at the very end....wasn't she just gorgeous back then?
I'm from ferrum VA. The college band played and practiced this song was the best back in the day in 70's better than USC I grew up born. 72 listenining to them
does not surprise me at all that stevie can twirl a baton. she probably was a cheerleader too. and in platforms as well. she's why i wished to be 5 foot, 98 pounds my entire jr year. damn her!
There used to be a longer version of this somewhere on youtube. It actually recorded the band sitting in the stands talking. Anyone know where to find it? Maybe it's gone.
That's awesome how Lindsey is just standing there chatting it up with the people from the marching band. Haha, and typical Chris, walking across the field with a glass of wine in her hand. They're great.
i want more. very cool behind the scenes stuff. never knew what christine and stevie were saying to one another before this.
