I'd suggest doing some back arches while warming up. For back arches, you lie on your back, put your hands(palms down) on the ground over your shoulders, and put your feet flat against the ground, right by your rear. Then you push against the ground with your arms and legs so your torso rises into the air. That will help you to get used to arching your back.
u jump 2.20 with a 5 step jump, is it normal to then jump 2.19 in a competition?
