One of the worst properties ive ever owned was in laidley. It was a development, and cost $234,000, after the 2011 floods it wouldnt even sell for $205,000. I saw the duplexes still easily selling for $250,000 each so i got a Duplex approval and material change.
End of story - I could have lost $30,000 but re-thought it and eventually made over $100,000. Just goes to show you theres a solution to every problem
