  • It's like a Cuban going agains an Italian making pasta or pizza... Not a chance..

Roasted pork translates to cubans my friend

    Not a chance

  • @Dimelo23 Can the Cubans go against the Filipinos and Indonesians (Balinese) when it comes to roasted BBQ Pork? I want to see how that'd be like, Latin Pork vs Asian Pork. They both specialize in pork.

  • @Tobudz im down for a taste test.

  • @rhdtv2002 The Indonesians base the pig's skin with sweet coconut water over a burning wood fire while the pig is continuously rotating on horizontal pit axis.. The pig is also stuffed with salam, an Indonesian mixture of herbs like lemon grass, garlic, chilis, bae leaf, etc. The Filipinos do their pig just like the Indonesians, but theirs is more simple and excludes much of the ingredients I described above.
