And ur pretentiousness in writing off that underoath has more soul and passion, when ultimately it depends on how well a band resonates to that one specific listener. 30degrees: Last i heard he started a band called ActionReaction with his wife and another former member of Element101 but this is circa '05. He also recorded 1 song for a christmas compilation as a solo artist, also pretty old news. It suck i think he was by far the best front man Further seems forever had, his voice was a prefect match for the music FSF produced. That's why i think this was their best album. Sorry i couldn't give you more up to date info.

This is a great song. To answer your question yes, Chris Carrabba was in this band. However, Jason Gleason replaced Chris for this album, and Chris never returned. The band unfortunately is no longer together, too bad.

this is a christ rock/alter/second wave emo band and screamo bands are just emo bands with post punk influenced screaming vocals. Its not to far from that.

Whoever doesn't like this song, or FSF post Carraba sucks balls. Jason was probably just as good as Carraba. John (3rd FSF singer) was still pretty good, not as good as Chris or Jason, but still, FSF overall in all years are dope. Although I can't say doing "Bye Bye Bye" by n'sync was a good cover.

By all means, they're wicked. The only way I came across the fact is that they played a venue in Dallas/Ft. Worth that was a Christian rock venue, so I looked into it.
They started out as band that just happened to be Christian as well, meaning their lyrics weren't faith based. However, later albums became more faith based and therefore classed Christian. I like the earlier stuff more myself.

wow i forgot how much i love this song and album. i really really miss jason being in this band. i think they peaked with this album.

i agree this was the end of good quality emo... then came Scremo which is the WORST MUSIC EVER.... every band today is trying to be all HARDCORE but they dont know how to write good music/lyrics.....

I can see how a lot of people differ.
I find screamo music beautiful.
I agree, there are a lot of bands out there that only do screamo because 'it'z liek hxc'.
But you know, that's just my personal opinion, and probably plenty others too.

I think there are a few that are awesome, like As Cities Burn. Their lyrics touch people every day. And I can't wait for their new CD.

Whoever doesn't like this song, or FSF post Carraba sucks balls. Jason was probably just as good as Carraba. John (3rd FSF singer) was still pretty good, not as good as Chris or Jason, but still, FSF overall in all years are dope. Although I can't say doing "Bye Bye Bye" by n'sync was a good cover.

Good coment greg0rius. Thats the truth. I liked Corabba a lot more in early dashboard and all of the further seems forever stuff. Modern music just blows haha. I think my acceptance for new music ended in 05...and im just 23 lol

further seems forever was/is one of the best around along with the band Annasay. I just discovered Annasay on itunes recently though, but they have quickly become a favorite too

But see, that's the idea, real emo means EMOTIONAL HARDCORE PUNK...In short, "Indie emo" is well, fake as well...I'm not saying that they are bad or anything like that. I actually like Texas Is The Reason, but I can just simply say they aren't emo...

this is what emos should look like,tight shirts but not fucking girl pants or eyeliner.and the tattoos are a great part of the image when it comes to further seems forever.
and i like the song,i think FSF's guitar sound kinda sounds like mineral but higher pitched.
whatever singer it is,doesn't really matter or affect how they sound.further seems forever are easily reconizable,therefore are unique.

By all means, they're wicked. The only way I came across the fact is that they played a venue in Dallas/Ft. Worth that was a Christian rock venue, so I looked into it.

They started out as band that just happened to be Christian as well, meaning their lyrics weren't faith based. However, later albums became more faith based and therefore classed Christian. I like the earlier stuff more myself.
