In IIHF (International) rules, after 3 players have gone for each team, you can use any player again, over and over. I think Toews went 3 or 4 times for Team Canada once in the Juniors.
Right after or right before Forsbergs famous goal Tommy Salo made the luckiest save I've ever seen in my life on Paul Kariya. He was lying on his back flailing his feet in the air and the puck hit him. Made the save though.
hersh almost had that! painful! forsberg though. best plater in the world for a solid 3 years. Kariya was on the team, fresh out of his last year for U of Maine, i think (still amateur)
